Who doesn’t love makeup that does everything? Lazy girls, like me, would be all over this product because it does everything and it actually WORKS! The Bite Beauty Multisticks are cream to powder finishes that are suitable for eyes, lips, and cheeks. This product is aimed to achieve a monochromatic look with only using one product!
They’re available in 18 colours but I only have 6 to swatch for you guys.
EDIT: See me use the Multusicks in action here.
This post will go over: Detailed review and how I use it, Pro’s & Con’s, Eye-lip-cheek swatches, side by side swatches of all 6 colours
The packaging is identical to the Buttercream lipsticks which are flat, cylindrical and MAGNETIC! I know, makeup addicts love the magnetic packaging and the satisfaction that comes with every click!
These bullets were shot in a very hot Toronto day so excuse the sweat on these bullets. If you ever experience this, just pop them in the fridge for a few hours and the sweat will disappear. I do recommend you don’t use them yet when they’re hot and sweaty because they might break off. I did it once, broke a lipstick, then cried. Lol
The Maybelline Better Skin Concealer came fairly new to the beauty world. Maybelline is known for their amazing concealers and this Better Skin Concealer didn’t fall off that image.
I’ll start by saying that I have dry and flaky skin (as some of you may already know), and finding a proper concealer that won’t cling to my dry patches is pretty frustrating. Concealers from the drugstore have a lot of hits and misses. Often times we don’t have an option to try before we buy because it’s all sealed and testers are unavailable. Finding a hidden gem is so satisfying. As you probably can tell by this intro, this concealer is worth reaching for.
It has been a while since I did a “Today’s Look” post so here we are going a little bit green!
I also used some of the products I’ve been loving at the moment! That lip colour has been my go to nude these days.
The green is more “popping” in real life (I swear!) I’m still trying to figure out how to do camera appropriate makeup!
I left my bottom lashes bare because they are a little too sparse and applying mascara on it will just make it look patchy and messy. Who else has this problem??

I’ve heard so much about the H&M Beauty yet the only H&M store that has a beauty section is at the Eaton Centre. We need more of this! Because I will start off by saying that these are amazing!
Since these are makeup products from a clothing store, I didn’t expect much. But I heard so many good things about it and decided to give it a try. I picked up a blusher and 3 cream eyeshadows.
Colourpop has finally come out with the Ultra Metallic Lip collection and I got so excited that I got all 4 colours from the collection. They’ve released this collection 3 times in limited quantities and have been sold out in under 30 minutes. They also said that it’s going to be a permanent collection and knowing Colourpop, they will definitely come out with a ton of different shades too.
When I first swirled the applicator inside the tube, it felt mousse-y and almost like a cream eyeshadow. It has soft chunky pieces when you first apply it. You could probably tell from the hand swatches there are indeed some chunky pieces. This doesn’t really bother me since the product applied smoothly on my lips. The girls from Colourpop mentioned in their Snapchat that they intended it to be like that – a mousse texture. They said that they needed to stick to that formula to get that smooth and comfortable feel on the lip.
I am loving it so far and have been wearing it a lot. It has a satin and almost matte feel and doesn’t transfer much. I always see lipstick stains on my water bottle but when I was using these metallic lippies, I could see just a tiny bit of sparkle. I was also amazed to see it all intact when I finished an oily meal. With that being said, it is a pain to remove this. Once it sets, it’s not going anywhere. Wiping it with dry napkins is just suicide. I use a makeup wipe or a cleansing oil to remove it.
Another great thing about this is that it’s very versatile because you can use it by itself or with other lippies. Apply a thin layer for a sheer glossy look, a thick layer for a super metallic lip, or on top of other lip products just dotted in the centre for extra dimension.
Side note: I received mine so early and got all excited but the doe foot applicator on one of the colours was bald, patchy and skinny. It was weird because it looked so different from all their applicators. I emailed them to ask about it and if they could replace it. Kindly enough, they replied quickly and said the replacement is on its way! Yay Colourpop Customer Service!
Now for lip swatches!
